Payment

  • PayPal ONLY and payment is in UNITED STATES CURRENCY

  • Full payment is taken UPFRONT unless the commission is a big project (Ex. Comic)

  • An INVOICE will be sent to the email you give me

  • I will NOT take commissions from anyone below 18 years of age

Commission Process

  • You can comment, note or email me, have a small chat or just get to the point and talk about your commission (I don’t believe in forms much, as this doesn’t make you, the commissioner, bond and trust the artist and vice versa). I might also ask for your Telegram or other form of instant messenger in the process to make the commissioning progress much faster

  • I have the full right to deny a commission, even if it meets with the Will/Will Not Draw rules

  • ALL CHARACTER OWNERS in the piece MUST consent to the piece being done if only one is providing all the details for the commission. Exceptions are surprise gifts IF I personally know you

  • After the details of the commission have been cleared, I will send you an invoice to the email you will give me and I will add you to my queue

  • I will let you know each time I make progress on your commission or if there's a delay, and state the reason for such delay

  • I will constantly ask you for corrections and feedback in the work-in-progress samples I will send you

  • I will not make changes that reflect broken anatomy unless the character has the flexibility to do so. Ex. Misplaced genitalia and/or other body parts. A cut out may be done instead depending on the pose, this will not incur an extra fee

  • I will not redesign characters unless it's a minor adjustment from the supplied ref sheet

  • I will NOT accept AI generated reference sheets or characters for the ordered commission as it goes against my morals and I will not be fixing broken details of the character supplied

Pricing

  • I do not negotiate prices

  • Prices are due to change depending on character complexity

  • All prices are due to rise as demand and quality of my work improves

Refunds

  • Refunds will be possible, however, currency conversion fees may lower the amount of money sent back

  • A PARTIAL refund, minus work completed will be issued. If no work is completed then a full refund will be issued. Since the work is custom, no refunds will be given once it is completed

Art

  • I, as the artist, have all right to distribute and use the art for sales and self-promotion

  • Permanently private commissions are allowed, please ask. Temporary private commissions are also accepted, but tell me what date the commission is due to be released. You are also allowed to remain anonymous in the slot list, can ask for WIPs to not be posted publicly and are allowed anonymity when the art piece is uploaded. The file name will be stated as anonymous as well

  • I do not trace over another artist’s art, sketches or Work In Progress samples. Exceptions are collaborations made with me and/or the other artist's consent

  • I am able to use another artist’s drawing poses, angles and some details, but will not be traced

  • You have full permission to resubmit your commission in your gallery/accounts, provided you credit me and let me know where it is posted

  • You have full permission to color my uncolored sketches done for you, just ask me for the file and I will provide it. You are also allowed to upload it to your own gallery/account, as long as credit is given for the sketch

  • You are free to ask for a high resolution copy of the piece, as well as crops for use in other sites (Ex. Steam, Twitter, deviantART, etc)

  • You may use the art freely as a reference for other artists or yourself as a learning tool. Credit for this is not necessary. However, you may not upload my art onto any AI generator of the sort, please.

  • You, however, do not have permission under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or AI image generators. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited as well as use in AI image generators, profit or not.

 

  • The time it takes to finish an art piece depends on my daily schedule and free time. I normally don't do hard deadlines, but I will let you know if I'm busy

  • I do not sell prints

  • All art will be watermarked and sketches will have my signature somewhere. My signature is non-interruptive and I will give you a non-watermarked copy of the art piece upon request, provided you credit me and let me know where it is posted

  • For work-in-progress samples, a base sketch will be sent if it’s uncolored or colored sketch piece. A base sketch plus refined sketch will be sent if it's a flat or fully shaded piece. A sample of colored flats will also be sent for color corrections
